Not My First Wedding

This is the encore bride and groom section. However planning for a destination wedding can make it seem like the first time so in order to start on the right path, here are the required documents to obtain your marriage license. Your divorce decrees MUST have the judge's ORIGINAL signature or court's stamp or seal. All other documents must be originals or certified copies.

Birth Certificate
Passports or valid photo ID (American Citizens must have a valid passport)
Final Divorce Decree (that is, the final divorce document received from the court). It MUST have the judge's signature or court's stamp or seal.
Deed Poll of Change of Name, if you have changed your name.
Death certificate of former spouse, if your former spouse is deceased.
